Investing.com – Denmark stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Copenhagen, the fell 1.15%.

The best performers of the session on the were Vestas Wind Systems A/S (CSE:), which rose 8.23% or 12.16 points to trade at 159.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Novozymes A/S B (CSE:) added 7.96% or 22.10 points to end at 299.90 and Chr Hansen Holding A/S (CSE:) was up 6.40% or 27.10 points to 450.40 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Pandora A/S (CSE:), which fell 2.51% or 20.40 points to trade at 793.00 at the close. Orsted A/S (CSE:) declined 2.32% or 7.70 points to end at 324.80 and Novo Nordisk A/S Class B (CSE:) was down 2.30% or 15.90 points to 676.50.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by 70 to 67 and 23 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for December delivery was down 1.99% or 1.70 to $83.69 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 1.90% or 1.71 to hit $88.42 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.03% or 0.55 to trade at $1,994.35 a troy ounce.

USD/DKK was up 0.33% to 7.09, while EUR/DKK unchanged 0.01% to 7.46.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.28% at 106.65.
