Veradigm acquired Koha Health, a full-service revenue cycle management company. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
The healthcare data and technology solutions provider said the acquisition brings additional musculoskeletal medicine specialty subject matter expertise to the Veradigm network, among other benefits.
“Key synergies exist, including expanded growth opportunities, enabling cost savings and improved service delivery all while continuing to focus on client satisfaction,” Koha Chief Executive Brian Hall said.
